How the claim for damages following the combine harvester fire was settled

On 9 Feb 2026, whilst harvesting soya, a New Holland CR combine harvester caught fire, resulting in the machine being completely destroyed.
In such cases, it is crucial to record the incident promptly and ensure the insurance claim is properly documented.
As part of our client support, we organised the collection of the necessary documents and liaised with the insurance company during the settlement process.
The insurance payout was made on 6 March 2026 in the amount of UAH 3,200,922.90.
