INGO Insurance Company has made an insurance payout of UAH 10.535 million under a property insurance agreement with LLC “Automobile Company SERVISAVTOTREYDING,” which services the distribution center of the NOVUS retail network in Kyiv.
In November 2025, the logistics complex, with a total area of approximately 40,000 square meters, was damaged as a result of a missile attack. The blast wave caused damage to the building’s external structures, finishing elements, engineering systems, and a solar power plant installed on the roof of the facility.
The incident resulted not only in significant material losses but also in human casualties and injuries among individuals present on the premises at the time.
Following damage assessment and insurance claim settlement procedures, the policyholder received compensation in accordance with the terms of the insurance contracts.
The payout represents an example of the functioning of business property insurance protection mechanisms under wartime risks.
