On July 14, 2026, at around 07:30, during fieldwork in the Chernihiv region, a Tecnoma Laser I‑Tops self‑propelled sprayer drove into a ditch and overturned.
Damage to the expensive specialized equipment raised the issue of compensating for significant losses for the enterprise. At the same time, it was necessary to properly document the circumstances of the incident and determine the extent of the damage.
For our team, work on this case continued from establishing the circumstances of the incident to the client receiving insurance compensation. Together with the enterprise and the insurance company, we went through all the necessary stages of the settlement process.
On September 14, 2026, the insurance company paid UAH 8,000,000.00 — two months after the incident.
An ordinary working morning resulted in serious financial consequences. The insurance payment helped the enterprise compensate for the losses caused by the damage to the sprayer.
